A pioneer in its field, this cheese factory was the first to produce raw milk cheese in Quebec. Today, the factory is a leading name in organic dairy and fine cheese production.
Here can be found a barn where each cow has a name. The owners’ work proves that great cheese starts with a well-treated animal.
Their new barn was designed to accommodate a larger herd, and to provide more space for the cows. The barn’s architecture is signed by La SHED, a firm known for its modern approach.
