CANADIAN MANUFACTURERS & EXPORTERS (CME)
From the first industrial boom in Canada, Canadian manufacturers & Exporters (CME) has been supporting manufacturers facing labor, innovation and export issues, as well as representing member interests to the provincial and federal governments to foster successful business environments on a local and international scale.
The mandate
As part of the Zone M project, designed to make young people aware of career opportunities in manufacturing companies, we have produced, together with MEQ and its partners, capsules that present some of the most in-demand trades in the sector.

Important jobs
Since the target audience is made up of young people thinking about their future career, we proposed a candid approach, shot with a small crew, in order to walk around the factory with the speakers and let them interact with the camera, and thus tell their story.

Action
Working in a factory, working with your hands every day – in other words, not being in front of a computer all day long– is absolutely possible. We focused on how we could present these impressive facilities and show off this work environment that is anything but your traditional office space.
